Brochure Design Tips for Manufacturers and B2B Companies
Practical brochure design tips for manufacturers and B2B companies: structure, specification tables, photography, print basics such as CMYK, bleed…
Graphic Design & Branding
We design the print, digital and sales material your business uses every week, with a shared visual language so your brochure, Instagram feed, banner and quotation template all look like they belong to the same company.

Graphic design is the practice of arranging type, colour, imagery and layout to communicate a specific message to a specific audience. For a business, it covers everything a customer sees outside the product itself: printed sales material, social media creatives, advertising, presentations and website visuals, all built to support a commercial goal rather than simply to look attractive.
Most businesses don’t lack design. They have too much of it, made by different people at different times. The visiting card came from the printer, the brochure from a freelancer, the social posts from an intern using templates. Each piece may look fine on its own, but together they tell customers the business is not quite organised.
Our graphic design work starts by fixing that. We set up a working visual system, covering colours, fonts, grid, photo style and recurring layout elements, and then design every piece within it. That means:
If you don’t yet have a defined identity, we usually recommend starting with brand identity design so the graphic work has a foundation to build on.
Shops, clinics, coaching centres and service firms that need regular print and social material without hiring an in-house designer.
Companies that rely on catalogues, product sheets and exhibition material to win dealers and overseas buyers.
Founders who need pitch decks, launch creatives and a consistent look before the first round of marketing goes out.
In-house teams that need a dependable design partner for campaigns, events and ongoing content.
When every piece of material is designed separately, small inconsistencies pile up. The logo appears in three different shades of blue. One brochure uses a modern sans-serif and the next uses whatever font the printer had. Social posts follow a free template that hundreds of other businesses also use.
Customers rarely point this out, but they notice it. A buyer comparing two suppliers will often trust the one whose material looks deliberate and consistent, even when the products are similar. Inconsistent design also slows your team down, because every new requirement starts from a blank page and a fresh round of back-and-forth.
There is a practical cost as well. Files sent to printers in the wrong colour mode, low-resolution images and missing bleed lead to reprints, delays and wasted budget.

Scope
Multi-page company and product documents for print and PDF sharing.
Post, story and carousel designs that follow a consistent feed style.
Digital ad sets, website banners and large-format print banners.
Company profiles, pitch decks and sales presentations with reusable master slides.
Business cards, letterheads, envelopes and invoice or quotation templates.
CMYK conversion, bleed, crop marks and resolution checks before anything goes to press.
Process
We ask what the piece must achieve, who will see it, where it will be used and what has or hasn’t worked before.
We collect your logo files, photos, product data and past material, and flag anything that needs replacing or redrawing.
We present an initial layout showing hierarchy, colour and imagery so you can react to something concrete.
Feedback is consolidated and applied in rounds agreed in the proposal, with content checked for accuracy before sign-off.
We export print-ready and screen-ready versions, share editable source files and note printer or platform specifications.
Technologies
Repeated colours, fonts and layouts help customers recognise your material before they read the name.
With a system in place, each new piece starts from established rules instead of a blank page.
Correctly prepared files reduce the risk of colour shifts, cut-off text and costly reprints.
Each piece is designed around what the reader needs to understand or do next.

FAQs
Still have a question?
Ask us directly — you’ll get a straight answer from the team that does the work.
The number of revision rounds is agreed in the proposal before work begins, based on the size of the project. We find that a clear brief and consolidated feedback from one decision-maker matter more than the count itself. Changes outside the agreed scope, such as a new concept after approval, are discussed and quoted separately.
You receive print-ready PDFs for anything going to press and PNG or JPG files for screens. For logos and vector artwork we also supply AI, EPS and SVG. Where it is part of the agreed scope, we hand over editable source files in Illustrator, InDesign or Figma so your team or a future designer can update them.
Once the project is paid in full, ownership of the final approved artwork created for you is transferred to your business, as set out in the proposal. Unused concepts and our internal working files are not part of that transfer unless agreed. Licensed stock photos or fonts remain under their own licence terms, which we explain upfront.
We prepare files to your printer’s specifications and can coordinate with a printer you choose, but printing itself is billed by the printer. Before finalising, we ask for their requirements on bleed, colour profile and paper so the files match. If you don’t have a printer, we can suggest what to ask for when getting quotes.
Yes, but we explain the trade-off first. Licensed stock photos are fast and affordable, yet competitors may use the same images. Original photography or custom illustration costs more but belongs to your brand alone. Any stock images we use come from licensed sources, and we tell you which licence applies so there are no surprises later.
