Corporate Branding

Corporate Branding

For established and multi-department companies, we roll your identity out across stationery, signage, presentations, documents and recruitment material, and set up the templates and rules that keep it consistent across teams and locations.

How is corporate branding different from brand identity design?

Corporate branding is the application and management of a company’s identity across the entire organisation, not only in marketing. It covers stationery, signage, presentations, reports, document templates, internal communication and employer branding, supported by governance processes that keep every department, branch and vendor using the brand consistently.

Brand identity design creates the visual system. Corporate branding puts that system to work across an entire organisation. The challenge is rarely the logo. It is the dozens of documents, templates and physical touchpoints produced by sales, HR, accounts, operations and branch offices, often by people who are not designers.

A corporate branding project usually covers:

  • Stationery and documents: letterheads, envelopes, invoices, quotations, reports and certificates
  • Presentations: master templates for sales, investor and internal use
  • Signage and environment: office, factory, reception and vehicle graphics
  • Employer branding: recruitment posts, ID cards, onboarding kits and careers page visuals
  • Governance: asset library, approval process and guidelines for vendors

The aim is that a new employee in any branch can produce a correct letter or presentation on their first day. If your identity itself needs work first, we begin with brand identity design.

Who corporate branding is for

  • Established companies

Businesses with several departments producing documents and material independently.

  • Multi-location businesses

Firms with branches, plants or offices in different cities that must look like one company.

  • Companies after a rebrand

Organisations that have a new identity and need it applied everywhere, not just on the website.

  • Growing employers

Companies hiring actively that want consistent recruitment and employee-facing material.

The brand drift that happens inside growing companies

As companies grow, the brand often fragments from the inside. Sales builds its own presentation. HR designs recruitment posts on a phone app. A branch manager orders a signboard from a local vendor with an old logo. Accounts still uses an invoice template from years ago. None of this is intentional, but customers, partners and candidates see the inconsistency.

A rebrand makes it more visible. The new logo appears on the website while letterheads, visiting cards, vehicles and signage still show the old one for months, sometimes years.

Fixing it needs more than design. It needs an inventory of every touchpoint, templates people can actually use in Word and PowerPoint, a central place to find approved files, and clear ownership of brand decisions.

  • Audit every brand touchpoint across departments and locations
  • Prioritise a phased rollout based on visibility and cost
  • Build templates in the software your staff already use
  • Create a central library of approved brand assets
  • Define who approves brand use and how vendors are briefed

Our Corporate Branding process

  1. Stakeholder interviews and audit

We speak with department heads and collect samples of every document, sign and template currently in use.

  2. Rollout plan

Touchpoints are prioritised into phases, with high-visibility and high-volume items first.

  3. Design and templating

We design each item and build templates in Word, PowerPoint or Google formats your teams can use.

  4. Pilot and feedback

Templates are tested with real users in a few departments and refined before wider release.

We deliver the asset library, updated guidelines and a simple approval process for future brand use.

FAQs

Corporate Branding FAQs

Still have a question?

Ask us directly — you’ll get a straight answer from the team that does the work.

Do we need a new logo for corporate branding?

No. Corporate branding usually works with your existing identity and applies it consistently across the organisation. If the current logo or guidelines have gaps, such as missing versions or undefined colours, we address those first. A full redesign is only recommended when the identity itself is holding the company back.

Can our staff edit the templates you create?

Yes. We build templates in the tools your teams already use, such as PowerPoint, Word or Google Slides and Docs, with brand elements locked or placed in master layouts. Staff can change content without breaking the design. We include short usage notes and, where agreed, a walkthrough session for key users.

Do you produce the signage and printed stationery?

We design and prepare production files for signage, stationery and vehicle graphics, and can coordinate with your vendors on materials and specifications. Fabrication, printing and installation are quoted and billed by those vendors. Supplying everyone the same approved files is one of the main ways a rollout stays consistent.

Who owns the templates and design files?

After full payment, ownership of all final designs and templates created for the project is transferred to your company, as defined in the proposal. Fonts and any licensed stock images remain under their own licences, and we document them so IT and procurement can manage licences for staff who need them.

How are revisions managed with several departments involved?

Revision rounds are agreed in the proposal for each phase. We ask the company to nominate one brand owner who consolidates feedback from departments before sending it to us. This avoids conflicting instructions and keeps decisions in line with the guidelines rather than individual preferences.
